Computing

At Lingham, we want to build essential future-ready skills, promote digital literacy and safety and foster computational thinking and problem solving. We empower our children to become creators and responsible citizens in an increasing digital world.

Our Computing curriculum equips pupils with the skills and confidence to use technology safely, creatively, and effectively. Children learn key concepts in coding, digital literacy, and online safety, as well as how to use a range of software and devices to solve problems and create digital content. Through hands-on projects and collaborative activities, pupils develop logical thinking, creativity, and resilience, preparing them for the opportunities and challenges of a digital world. The curriculum encourages curiosity and innovation, helping every child become a responsible and confident digital citizen.
